Immediately increase your towing flexibility with the Buyers Products Black Bolt-On Receiver Tube. Using this receiver tube, you can switch from a ball hitch to a pintle hook in just a few minutes' time. This receiver tube bolts directly onto any hitch that has a standard pintle hook hole pattern.
This receiver tube is engineered to pull up to 20,000 pounds and is designed for towing trailers with heavy loads. The 2-inch receiver tube is expertly welded to a durable ½ inch thick steel plate and the whole piece is black powder-coated to make it corrosion resistant. The Buyers Products 2-inch black receiver tube features a sturdy casted steel collar and comes standard with a 5/8 inch hit pinhole.
The tube on this receiver hitch is 6 inches long, which should accommodate most 2-inch trailer hitches. While many 2-inch receiver tubes aren't rated for towing more than a bike trailer, this one is rated for towing heavier loads. The steel plate used to make this product is very high-quality and thick enough to hold up to the wear and tear of a car hauler, horse trailer, or equipment trailer up to 20,000 pounds.
Attaching the receiver tube is easy enough with a basic tool kit including a drive socket set. Not included: Buyers Products 8520 Pintle Combination Hitch Mounting kit which includes: (4) ½ inch x 2-inch grade 8 cap screws, (4) ½ inch hex nuts, (4) ½ inch heavy-duty lock washers, and (4) ½ inch flat washers.
